I know a lot of local candidates are out knocking on doors, attending events, and generally working their magic on the campaign trail. It’s amazing to see and I commend their efforts.
I will get to that point … in a week or so.
Right now I have PTO commitments to attend to, a kiddo who is slowly wrapping his mind around the fact that summer vacation is coming to a close, and my own courses to launch as I return to the classroom this week. Three different courses. 72 students. Lots of excitement and a whole lotta nerves – particularly for first year students enrolled in my 8am public speaking course.
Yard signs are going out. Collateral is coming in. And the campaign chugs along.
While I navigate this end of summer balancing act, I’m leaning in and asking for your help …
